What a beginning to 2011

The year started off with a miracle. Zoe had decided she no longer wished to live with her father and that she wanted to come live with me in Regina. Hallelujah . Zoe also got her dream job of working at Chuck E Cheese. When the Lockharts came to visit us at Easter we all went there and had a great time. Zoe has so much fun at her job.

The I started school after a 19 year hiatus and enrolled in Office Education at SIAST. I love learning, I love being on campus and enjoy my fellow classmates, but I hate homework. I find it so intrusive so although I believe in life long learning. I am now at 49 done. I am one of probably three of us that are in our 40's. I was shocked when I got my schedule. The last time I had been to college the days were not full. My class schedule 8:30-3:00 Monday through Friday. It was hectic and stressful but I have a sense of accomplishment. Then much to my amazement after the results from mid-terms I had the third highest marks out of my "special" group.

I got called into Young Women's which I love and as well as a Temple Worker I do laundry. Love the move to Regina, we have made many friends. We belong to a dinner club group and a FHE group. We love our home and did major bathroom renovations. My favorite is a huge soaker tub.

Oh yes back to school I also have been blessed to find summer employment at a Dental office that is walking distance from my home. I was scared and excited. The only downside is that Michael is unemployed again.
